Description
This is a special combined series of Restorative Yoga practices and Sacred Sound Bath, beginning Friday January 24th 6pm to 7:15pm for 6 weeks. With Restorative Yoga you can facilitate self-regulation through body awareness, breath, and increase the para-sympathetic response through somatic experiencing. As you are guided through this practice of deep rest the utilization of sound with
Crystal Singing Bowls will be played. In this state you are able to listen to the play of these amazing sounds with every cell of your body. These practices help you to draw energy inward to let go, surrender, release, and replenish your entire state of being. This is for students of all levels and traditions.
This is one of the most beneficial practices one can learn to completely Relax and Replenish the entire Body-Mind especially the nervous system.
***Expiration dates for Class packages are as follows: 5 class – 6 weeks, 10 class – 12 weeks, 20 class – 24 weeks, from purchase date. No Refunds, class transfers or exchanges, expiration dates are firm. Any and all participants of Niagara Falls Yoga Center must be 18 years or older and of sound mind and body to participate in classes.
