This is a 3 part series Wednesday May 13th,20th & 27th.
This Series will bring your yoga practice deeper. We will be focusing on strengthening & releasing the core body, aligning your body’s center of gravity, developing more strength, somatic awareness, and equanimity in standing balance poses. When we make connections with our core body we have better proprioception, and stability. All our body movements are directly related to our core, come share in this amazing series and bring balance to your, entire state of being.
